Your Funk Belt will come with 5 holes. Your belt size is based on the middle hole, giving you two holes to grow, and two to shrink.
*Length of belt is NOT measured from tip to tip. Length of belt is measured from fold to middle hole
Belt Sizing Technique #1 (Recommended Technique)
Measure your current belt from fold to most used hole. If in between, order to next largest size (ie. you measure 32.5’’, order a 33’’ belt!)
Belt Sizing Technique #2
Add two inches to your pant size (ie. you wear size 32’’ pants, order a 34’’ belt!)
